Generali Real Estate nabywa kluczowe aktywa logistyczne w Krakowie
Mediolan - Generali Real Estate sfinalizowało transakcję nabycia 7R Park Kraków IX, podstawowego aktywa logistycznego w Polsce, zlokalizowanego w Kokotowie, niedaleko Krakowa, w imieniu paneuropejskiego funduszu "Generali Real Estate Logistics Fund" (GRELF) zarządzanego przez Generali Real Estate S.p.A SGR. Sprzedającym obiekt jest firma 7R SA. Jest to już druga transakcja w segmencie logistycznym w Polsce, którą Generali Real Estate zrealizowało z 7R w tym roku, po nabyciu kompleksu magazynowego w Gdańsku.
7R Park Kraków IX zlokalizowany jest w Kokotowie, w Wielickiej Strefie Aktywności Gospodarczej, gdzie firma 7R od 2015 roku zrealizowała wiele obiektów logistycznych. Obiekt, o powierzchni 33 600 m2 jest w pełni wynajęty, korzysta z doskonałej lokalizacji w pobliżu głównej infrastruktury autostradowej, a także z dogodnego dostępu do transportu publicznego.
7R Park Kraków IX posiada certyfikat BREEAM z oceną "bardzo dobry", dzięki takim elementom jak fotowoltaika na dachu i stacje ładowania pojazdów elektrycznych, a także dzięki wysokiej efektywności energetycznej, oświetleniu LED i zoptymalizowanemu systemowi dystrybucji powietrza.
Operacja ta, będąca drugą w tym roku akwizycją logistyczną funduszu GRELF w Polsce, potwierdza zaangażowanie Generali Real Estate w segment logistyczny. Fundusz GRELF, dedykowany tej wysoce wyspecjalizowanej strategii inwestycyjnej, koncentruje się na wysokiej jakości aktywach logistycznych w dobrze rozwiniętych obszarach o doskonałej dostępności, w głównych europejskich centrach logistycznych.

Z ponad 1 mld euro aktywów pod zarządzaniem w Logistyce, na koniec 2021 roku nasz portfel aktywów logistycznych we Francji, Włoszech i Polsce powiększy się o 145 000 m2, z istniejącymi aktywami lub tymi, które zostaną dostarczone w 2022 roku. Z solidnym planem rozwoju, będziemy kontynuować naszą ekspansję w najbliższych latach w krajach, które są naszym celem."
