Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed a property manager of Sagittarius Business House, an office building in Wrocław. The owner of the facility is Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate (Warburg-HIH Invest).

Sagittarius Business House is a modern A-class office building, delivered onto the market in 2018 and offering a leasable area of 24,900 sqm. The project is located at the junction of Borowska Street and Sucha Street near the bus and railway station. The Arcad architects from Kielce were responsible for the design of the building.
