AkzoNobel przejmuje udziały firmy Fabryo i dzięki tej transakcji osiągnie pozycję lidera na rumuńskim rynku.

Firma AkzoNobel podpisała umowę przejęcia 100% udziałów Fabryo Corporation S.R.L. (Fabryo), dzięki czemu obejmie pozycję lidera na rumuńskim rynku farb dekoracyjnych.

Transakcja obejmuje dwa zakłady produkcyjne i sześć centrów dystrybucji farb dekoracyjnych, klejów oraz zapraw, w tym jedną z największych fabryk farb dekoracyjnych w regionie.

Firma wygenerowała przychody w wysokości około 45 milionów euro w 2017 r. i jest jedynym graczem, który na rumuńskim rynku ma zarówno wiodące portfolio produktów dla konsumentów, jak i dla profesjonalistów, obejmujące takie marki jak: Savana, APLA oraz InnenWeiss.
