Dyskret Polska sold Vinci Office Center

Dyskret Polska, represented by a global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, has finalized the disposal of the Vinci Office Center in Kraków.

The Vinci Office Center is a modern Class A office building in Opolska Street in Krakow. Delivered in 2010, it offers 20,400 sqm of modern office space with state-of-the-art telecommunications and security systems. The Vinci Office Center benefits from an excellent location, including easy and quick access to the Krakow airport, short distance to the city centre and the railway station, as well as immediate vicinity of bus stops and a public car park. In 2011, the Vinci Office Center received an award in the public building category of the Building of The Year 2010 competition from the Minister of Infrastructure and the Polish Association of Civil Engineers and Technicians (PZITB).

Dyskret Polska is a Polish company and a market leader in implementation of new technologies for integrated security management systems (SMS) active on the market of security systems for more than 25 years. The company provided services as general contractor and deputy-substitutive investor for the whole investment.
